Exchange server 2013 (Build 712.24) on windows server 2012
everything works fine two days ago,
suddenly cannot send email to any mail server outside organization, nothing changed inside organization network, i removed external send connector an created a new one but nothing changed. please help....
Remote Server at yahoo.com (184.108.40.206) returned '400 4.4.7 Message delayed' 10/10/2013 1:45:50 PM - Remote Server at yahoo.com (220.127.116.11) returned '441 4.4.1 Error encountered while communicating with primary target IP address: "Failed to connect. Winsock error code: 10060, Win32 error code: 10060." Attempted failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed. Either there are no alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts. The last endpoint attempted was 18.104.22.168:25'

are you sending emails through MX record or Smarthost?
If it is Smarthost, are you able to telnet your smarthost using 25 port number?

I recommend you should find the ISP to troubleshoot the issue.
