  • Hello Satish,

    1. Make sure that you are Logged in to the domain and as administrator user who has membership on local administrators, domain admin, organization management AD groups

    2. Check the folder and subfolders, files permissions for C:\documents and settings\all users\application data\microsoft\crypto\rsa\ and make sure that logged in administrator has full permissions over there

These checks will solve the issue I hope

  • 1. Please confirm the folder access permissions for all sub folders and files within.

    2. Are you able to find the certificate from PowerShell?

    Get-Exchangecertificate -thumbprint EDB8557C3F525C8F5D4E67433D82089930D676BD

    3. Do you see if the certificate is still valid or expired?

    4. Is it a self-signed certificate?

  • Hi Satish,

Go to the MMC -> Add the Certificate Snap-in -> Right click on certificate -> All Tasks -> Manage Private Keys -> Add Network Service Full Control and the account that you are using.

If you get any access denied or other issue while granting access, you might need to take ownership first.

  • Hi Satish,

It is strongly recommended that you provide more information for us to understand your situation better.

As ManU mentioned above, you can use the following command to get more details of the certificate, such as if it is expired or not.

    get-exchangecertificate | select Thumbprint,status,Services

If possible, please provide some screenshots of the problem.

(Notice:Please hide your personal information in the screenshot for security)

And it's better for you to check in MMC that if the account which you are using has access, just in case.

In addition,is there any antivirus software on this server? If there is,please turn it off and try again.

    Regards,

    Kael Yao
