Not able to access NAS drive

i upgraded few machines from 1809 to 1909. the upgrade was fine, but all users are not able to access the NAS drive now..error code 0*80070035...i tried all solutions listed on net (services, SMB, clear windows credentials, netbios over tcp, delete registry un MS licensing) but nothing worked.

please advice.

Thanks for posting in TechNet.

The error code: 0x80070035 means "The network path was not found". Here are some similar threads for your reference:
Cannot access NAS Drives, \\Share\Folder is not accessible or "Error code: 0x80070035 The network path was not found"
Error code: 0x80070035. The network path was not found.

This is a Windows related issue, we only have limited information, it's recommended that you submit a new thread in Windows on Q&A to get better support.
