I reset my phone yesterday due to a cell phone hack problem.
Just before initializing, I have clearly checked the cloud of the'Microsoft Authenticator' app.
I also saw a message that it was backed up.
However, since I reinstalled after initialization, the backup data was not uploaded even if I checked the cloud. Is there a solution?
