    Hi 

    We are doing in place upgrade from Windows 10 2015 LTSB to Windows 10 2016 LTSB 

    The Deployment Works fine but after deployment System remains without SCCM client Untill we install the client  manually using  console the system remain without SCCM Client .

    We are having More than 2000 Computers to upgrade.

    Thanks for posting in TechNet.

    1.As with all task sequence issues and troubleshooting, it's firstly recommended to examine the smsts.log on the target system. Please refer to: SCCM: How to copy SMSTS.log when a Task Sequence fails

    2.Please also help check the log files ccmsetup.log ,ccmsetup-ccmeval.log, client.msi.log and SoftwareCenterSystemTasks.log. Maybe it can give us some clues.

    3.Please help check if the needed client package is distributed to all the DPs successfully.

    HI 

    The client is getting installed but the remote control cannot do with in place upgraded computer 

    The upgrade done from Windows 10 LTSB 2015 to Windows 10 LTSB 2016
