There seems to be peculiar issue with OUTLOOK 2010 when connecting via Cisco VPN in Windows 7.
OS: Windows 7 - 32 bit
Outlook : 2010
VPN : CISCO VPN
When connect via VPN from my office LAN,(physical), outlook is working fine.
But when i connect from my home network then to Office VPN, outlook throws the error message 0x8004011D The Server is not available.
but i am able to ping my exchange server.
What could be the possible issue?
Base on your description, it could be a network/VPN related issue.
You can post the issue in outlook forum to get better help.
Personally, I would check whether we have other email address configured in the profile. If we have pop3 account configured.
I would disable antivirus application and then start outlook in safe mode to test the issue again.
