Users can't login to Outlook Web App


  • I just got a trial for Exchange Server 2010 and I am able to sign in to my Outlook Web App, but no other user is able to. The message the user receives is "The user name or password that you entered is not valid. Try entering it again."


    If the user tries to access Outlook form the Microsoft Online Services page they receive an error that says:

    "This account does not have an Outlook Web App mailbox.

    You're currently signed in as Click here to sign out, and then sign in to your Outlook Web App account.
