Exchange 2010 Android issues RRS feed

  • When employees connect to the server using an IOS device they have no issues but Android always times out when trying to connect. I ran a test on https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ and had the following result.

    Exchange ActiveSync returned an HTTP 500 response (Internal Server Error).

    Could someone please help.

    What version of Exchange 2010 are you running?

    Does the same error occur from within the LAN?

  • Update Rollup 15 for Exchange Server 2010 SP3 Build 14.03.0319.002

    It works over LAN and as I mentioned in my previous post, it works on IOS as well.

  • Do you have any kind of reverse proxy between the Internet and Exchange?
