  • One of our exchange 2010 mailbox servers has been throwing this error:

    Automatic certificate enrollment for SOLARISHS\dvancamp failed (0x8007052e) Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

    SOLARISHS\dvancamp is the account used by the consultant who installed Exchange. We've disabled the account and want to delete it. Users are not reporting any problems.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction?

  • At first glance, I don't think that is an Exchange problem.

    Please post the entire event log detail, or look up the event in and see if you can find the answer yourself.

    Agree with Ed, the error you provided might be related to Windows Server problem.
