I setup a custom word/phrase listing in Hub Transport/Content Filtering/Anti-Spam. It only works sometimes. If I send an email to the Exchange server with the blocked word, it blocks it. If a spammer sends it, it does not get blocked. The blocked word is even right in the email subject line. Nothing.

Anyone have any ideas?
The messages are small. Spammers generally don't send out huge messages (at least these spammers). Also if it was not doing content filter, would I still get a SCL?
I appreciate the input, though. This is something I did not know.

Disabled & Re-enabled the "Sender Reputation" Agent on HT & check the spam mail of Custom Word.
