  Hello,
  
  Exchange 2007 SP2 is not supported so it is strongly advised to install SP3 and then Rollup 14.

  Yes.. We are having SP3 RU3 only.. I entered correctly in the subject, but not in body of the email..

  so i can directly install RU12 from SP3 RU3... am right?

  Yes, You can directly update RU3 to RU12/14.
