  • This is vague to say the least :)  Provide more details on the issue and what you have done so far.

    If you are trying to install Exchange 2007 on Windows 2008 R2, make sure you are using SP3 integrated media.  You can use the SP3 media itself from the Technet download site.  Then apply your product key.
