I've inherited an Windows 2016 RDS infrastructure consisting of several RDSH servers, a RDS Broker and a RDS Web Access server. It appears there was an RDS Gateway server (was situated in a DMZ) but it has been decommissioned. Instead the RDS Web Access
server has been made accessible via Azure using an application proxy. This seems to work nicely, however, after 8 hours users complain their RDS session is disconnected. The user then has to reboot their client before they're able to reconnect. I'm pretty
sure this is down to the Azure app proxy timing out (ie: secure cookie).
Anyone come across this or have any suggestions where to look?
