  • Question

  • Dear Sir,

Our customer has a problem that Outlook 2011 for Mac cannot display folder message, every folder message show empty in the message pane.  The behaviour is much rare that it can display folder list name, send email successfully, check user name in address book too.   This problem occur in every Outlook 2011 Mac machines.

If we use Intel PC Outlook 2007, 2010 to connect same Exchange 2007 SP2 server, everything works fine.

    Problem Mac version: 10.6

Server Version: English windows 2003 R2 64 bit OS with SP2 and Exchange 2007 SP2

    Any suggestion on it?

Does the issue still happen if you open the messages instead of viewing in the message pane?

  • Dear James,

In the message pane, it doesn't show any message subject there, so I cannot click and open it.
