  • Hi,

Would you please let us know how the SAN is accessed, just like accessing share folder or mapped drive?

If all Windows 7 computers have the issue, you may need to check the AIX server side.

    Thanks!

  • Hi,

Would you please let us know more details about how the SAN is mounted? If possible, please check if it works on other Windows 7 computers. If it still does not work, you may need also check the CMOD Aix.

    Thanks!

  • Thanks for your reply. The SAN is attached to a AIX server via CMOD. A .vbs script with the mount command and pathing is ran from local desktop to initiate the mount which succeeds. Strangely there is a Lenovo machine with and identical config (Image/GPO/OU) that mounts and reads SAN data. I know the first thought would be the issue lies with the Dell but the mounts/SAN connectivity worked properly on the machine prior to Win7 upgrade when it was on XP Pro.
