Pushing Office 365 Client updates not working - update is showing as not required and deployment shows compliant RRS feed

  • Hello.

    I wanted to push a already superseded Office version 1906 Build 11727.20244 to our computers.

    There was an agreement to have this version in our company because it was tested and to have everybody at the same version.

    i downloaded the updates in a package, created a update group and created a ADR.

    (i even tried to deploy the updates manually before)

    But all i get is that the clients are showing compliant though the old version 1711 is still installed 

    Also the update is showing as not required. Only the most recent client update versions are showing as required and will probably install fine when i create a deployment.

    The update is superseded but NOT EXPIRED.

    We run SCCM version 1806

    The question is i guess: how can i tell SCCM that this update should install though or mark the update 1906 as "required"?
