windows mobile device center and wms2011

Hi. I have a symbol pda and i´m running a windows multipoint server 2011. I installed the windows mobile device center and connected the docking station via usb to the server. It says that is not connected. I try with my laptop with win 7 and it works.

Any help??

Are you connecting to WMS 2011 directly with a keyboard and mouse attached to the MultiPoint server? Or are you using an RDP client like an XP / Win7 desktop or thin client. If you're using an RDP client and enable RemoteFX, you may be able to pass through the USB device. However, if you're connecting the USB device directly to the Multipoint server, I don't think you'll be able to see the device because of the SRCShell account.
