Exchange 2010 sp3 failed to install languages

I'm currently upgrading from Exchange sp2 to sp3. The install keeps on failing on languages. I,ve looked in the Exchange setup.log and the following error is found 'Performance counter names and help text failed to unload. Unlodctr exited with error code 32' Has anyone else had this same problem. Any ideas?

If that doesn't work Try the workaround below ;worked for me in Lab :

1. Start EMS

2. add-pssnapin Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.Setup

3. new-perfcounters –definitionfilename "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Setup\Perf\RpcClientAccessPerformanceCounters.xml"

If my SP3 install failed and I can't get into EMS or EMC, how do i do the above?
