Upgrade Exchange 2007 Server SP3

We are running Exchange 2007 64 bit server with SP1 on windows 2003R2 64 bit enterprise edition with SP2.
Exchnage server running with SCR Enabled.Whenever i am going to upgrade excahnge 2007 server SP3 from SP1i am facing following Error please help.
I will give you brief idea about my scenario.
We have Parent & Child domain topology.
On child domain we had Exchange 2007 SP1 Server.Both Exchnage server at different Branches connected with WAN Link.Now i want to upgrade exchnage server below errors we are facing please help.or Send me the steps for upgrading excahnge 2007 sp1 to excahnge 2007 sp3.

The errors are definitely pointing you in the right direction. First off, a schema extension is required with SP3. So your install needs to have access and rights to the schema master to perform this action. It also looks like you are attempting to upgrade and not be a member of the Exchange Organization Admins AD group. This is required. This article will walk you through the actions and requirements in order to successfully prepare your AD for SP3:

For the second error, you need to disable or uninstall Forefront before attempting to upgrade SP3. Please read the release notes for SP3 carefully before upgrading to SP3:

One other note, Update Rollup 1 is out for SP3. Might as well get to the latest while you are upgrading:
