where do I find "Tools" in Microsoft Outlook 2010?

  • I'm wanting to set my time zone.  Instructions say go to "Tools" in Outlook, problem is I can't find the "Tools" tab anywhere.

    Outlook uses the timezone you configured in Windows.

    If you want to change the timezone using Outlook Web-Application

    1) Log-on to OWA

    2) goto Options

    3) Settings - regional

    and change your timezone. This instruction is for Exchange 2010 OWA

    For Outlook 2010 you can follow below steps to configure Time Zone.

    Open outlook "file" > "option" > "calendar"

    Then you can find Time Zone.
