  • Do you have latest CU (9 currently) installed? This could be fixed if it is known issue with the CU that you have...

  • Hi MaliStane,

    Thank you for your question.

    What is the Exchange version?

We could check if there any errors in application log and post them for our troubleshoot.

Then we could check if there is third-party software on Exchange server, and disable it for testing to check if the issue persist.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

    Best Regard,

    Jim
