subdirectories and OWA 2010

  • Hi,

    I've got a question about OWA 2010.

I use Outlook 2010 with other mailboxes than mine. It works fine and I can see all the subdirectories belonging to the other mailboxes.

But the problem is that with OWA, from my favorite browser, I can access the other mailboxes, but i can't see any subdirectories, except in my own mailbox.

Have you any idea of what I can do to have full access to theses other mailboxes ?

  • Hello,

Have you full access permission with other mailbox?

If so, there's a feature in Outlook --- Auto Mapping.
If a user is granted Full Access permissions to another user's mailbox or to a shared mailbox, Outlook client will automatically loads this mailboxes into your Outlook profile.

However, this feature isn't available in OWA. If we need access to other's mailbox, we can click your mailbox, and "Open another Mailbox".

    Best Regards,

    Allen Wang
