  • occasionally some of our exchange 2010 users report not receiving mail that they believe they should have... can somebody help decipher this error that I've found in our 2010 hub transport message tracking logs? which property value is too long?

    not every message to these users fail in delivery... it's an intermittent issue, so i'm guessing there's something wrong with the specific messages. the lack of detail in the message tracking logs makes things difficult to identify the problem.

    in any case, the intended recipient of this particular failed message has the following ad property value lengths:

  • It is probably not a property of the sender or receiver, but of the email message itself.

  • That particular property tag appears to be for an address string, and specific to Windows Mobile client emails:
