How to register our anti-virus product with Windows..

  I have seen an article that Windows Defender automatically turns off when a third-party anti-virus product is installed and running.

  I and my colleagues at work are developing antivirus product.
  I wanna know if there is a procedure or a guideline to turn-off the Windows Defender automatically when our product is installed on Windows.
