MailboxReplicationPermanentException - PST IMPORT

    Question

  • Migration:  250 Lotus Notes NSF...convert to PST...import to Exchange 2010 Online Archive

All imports have worked perfect, apart from two this morning:  1x 20GB PST and 1x 700mb PST

I've attached the PS CSV dump...

It looks though like the imports fail almost immediately (50secs)... the MRS server has not  been listed as having been contacted...error also states CreatngFolderHierarchy (below).

(We have imported at least 10 MBX over 20GB, which was my first worry).

Both mbx have the same identical error.

    Anyone seen this before?

    Thx in advance.

  • Can you post the entire error message! Or "MailboxReplicationPermanentException" is the only error message you are getting?

  • below...both yield same error...wonder if  this is due to the previous history of the data in Lotus Notes.

  • Have you attempted to run a PST repair process to see if it will resolve?

Search, Recover, Export Mailboxes, Folders, Email, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, etc. from Offline Exchange Databases (EDBs), On-Premise Exchange Servers and Office 365. Migrate/Recover direct from any offline EDB into any On-Premises Exchange Server, even cross version i.e. 2003 → 2007 → 2010 →2013 → 2016 → Office 365 with Lucid8's DigiScope

  • Using what tool/version of exchange was the PST exported ?

I see that you are on Exchange 2010 SP1 which is way old. Have you considered upgrading your exchange from 2010 to Latest SP3, RU17 ?

    TargetVersion                 : Version 14.1 (Build 289.0)
    TargetDatabase                : DB07

Hopefully after you upgrade your exchange, most of the underlying issues will be fixed.

    1. Exchange Version/Service pack

    2. Do you have CAS Array ?

    3. Exact error for the failed Import Request.
