    Can I change the sender of the NDR notification from Antigen_Servername to other customized address?

    yes you can do it over the registry.

  • I found it finally, The name should be put in this registry key without spaces ,,,, instead of spaces the "_" can be used,
    It's working now.

    I couldn't find the same registry link that metioned in the Knowledge base becasue I m using Version 9 SP1.
    But I found something like it in the path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SybariSoftware\Antigen for Exchange, I found the regitry key ServerProfile
    Is this key work?

    Unfortunately, it didn't work ..... instead of that now I don't get notifications at all.

    then you may have entered the address in a wrong format. Check the help file of Antigen under notifications for limitations.
