Upon first boot, I get the error "Cannot open your default e-mail folders. The File outlook.ost cannot be accessed. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange at least once before you can use your offline folder file." But as soon as I connect to the server
all is fine. I would like to be able to view my offline profile if I don't have internet connectivity as sometimes I travel. Any ideas how I can fix this issue? Here is what I've tried so far.
1. Created a new profile.
2. Enabled Work Offline mode.
3. Checked to make sure Use cached Exchange mode is enabled.
4. Tried to manually control connection state (then Outlook just doesn't open)
