  • I'm assuming you have both 2010 Exchange server
On the new server create a new Public Folder Database
From the new server or old server Add Public Folder Replica, i mean is that Add the Replicas to New Server.
Once the Folder Replication is complete remove the Old server from Replication after you verify it

  • Hi,

Good suggestions from ExchangeITPro. Before you decide to remove the old public folder database, please make sure you have removed all replicas and remove this public folder database from the default public folder database list for mailbox database.

    Best regards,
    Belinda
