  • Hi,

Identify a problem folder & try to import that specific folder.

    1. Select that specific folder in the Public Folders in the Navigation Pane (left side)

    2. When you find the optiom 'Select the folder to import from:'

    i) expand the tree below & highlight the folder that you want to import from the pst

ii) Select the option 'Import items into the current folder'

Continue to import & verify if the items are imported.

Always preferr to use 'Do Not Import Duplicates' to avoid duplicated items.

  • Hello,

If you can see the items in public folder, this may items are corrupted.

You can follow this way to have a try:

Copy the items from public folder to folder in your Outlook, then export the items from your Outlook folder to have a try.

    Thanks,

    Evan

  • Run this command on 2010 and post the result screenshot.
    Get-publicfolderstatistics -ResultSize unlimited > c:\pfcount.txt
