  • As Vinod suggested, you need to insure Autodiscovery is setup properly for remote OL users.  Did you purchase or migrate to a UC Certificate?

    The tell me more about it asks me to run an nslookup which internally all seems to work so I guess I would have to have a look from outside the network

  • Problem appears to have been resolved. Found out somone changed a policy that hosed me. Thanks for all the help it has been a good learning experience fixing/ updating configurations and other issues that were not correct.
