Exchange 2007 SP3 install error

Hello,
Attempting to install SP3 on my Exchange 2007 server, getting the 1635 error. Log file is snipped below.
When I search the registry for 24B2C164-DE66-44FE-B468-A46D9D5E6B31, it points to RU 5. I attempt to re-install RU5 and it fails with : This update package could not be opened. Verify that the update package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer update package.
From looking at some of the other posts with this similiar issue, It looks like I can download RU 5 again and rename it in the windows\installer directory, but what would I rename it to?

Please download RU5 and rename it to 739f24b.msp, then move it in windows\installer directory.
