  • Some people might not notice anything or just think it is slow, depending on your configuration.

    If you only have a handful of users impacted by this and you trust that they are properly using protected/secured devices (i.e. have not been compromised), then you might want to create a throttling policy where the maxconcurrency for them is set to 500. If they reach this limit, you should really look at what they are doing and how they are configured (i.e. running latest build, using proper settings for your environment, etc).

    If they hit that limit and you've confirmed all is still good, then increase that value again.  Usually I do 20-40% gains unless there is just too much impact to the users' productivity.
