(State – ‘unspecified error’ (0x80004005)) while downloading cloud mark engine in Antigen for all our email servers.


  • I have Antigen 9.2.1097 and Cloudmark Authority Engine is showing error (State – ‘unspecified error’ (0x80004005)) while other components showing sucess completed. Any Idea why ?? the update repeat every 1 hour. its on exchange 2003 SP2 cluster / Owa / gateway and all is have same issue.
