    Please assist, I get the following message on Edge "Your browser does not support either ActiveX controls or Java applets".

    Edge browser doesn't work with ActiveX or Java Applets on purpose. Use Internet Explorer for ActiveX controls and Java Applets. Windows 10 has both browsers. Microsoft Edge and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
