  Hi,

  First of all, just try to check if the following services are running :

  => Windows Update 

  => BITS

  if it's not the case, open the command prompt as an Administrator and run the following command:

  net stop wuauserv && net start wuauserv && net stop bits && net start bits

  let me know if the ur problem is resolved.
