Add nodes Win Server 2016 to SQL server failover cluster

Question
-
Hello,
We have a Sql server failover cluster composed of 2 Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition .
CLUSTER1 :
SERV1 : SQL SERVER 2012
SERV2 : SQL SERVER 2012
We want to add 2 new servers to the CLUSTER1 but this time with Windows Server 2016 Standard Edition and SQL Server 2017.
SERV3 : SQL SERVER 2017
SERV4 : SQL SERVER 2017
Will it work this cohabitation : 2*Windows server 2008 ENT and 2*Windows server 2016 Standard on the same cluster ?
How to add the new servers to the cluster ?
How to install sql server on the new servers in failover mode ?
Thank you !

Hello,
Indeed, I want to add 2 new servers on W2016 and SQL2017 to the existing sql cluster (composed of 2 W2008 and SQL2012).
I understand from your answer that it is not possible. But if I add 2 W2012 instead of W2016, it will work ?
Then my goal is to upgrade W2012 to W2016.
Thanks
