Custom Workflow FIM 2010

Hi,
i am a beginner in FIM and administration of FIM 2010 r2.
i have already a workflow of approval when a new user need to be created in AD.
the actual workflow is made like this :
here, the default Template is used:
i want to modify this workflow and receive the approval request when a user will be created in a specific OU
how can i specify this specific OU to have the control on Destination OU on which the account will be created?
