I have a sms reception program developed in .net by our development service
the program runs on one of the windows server 2003 servers against the other no, even the same version
I tried it on my own post in windows 10 pro it works very well
I tested it also on a new server that does not have anything installed, it does not work !!
in a new computer on windows 10 pro , it works
I installed framework esxite in the server that works, check the services, the firewall ... but nothing
do you have any ideas please, I've been stuck for weeks
