    Hello,

    I created/Added a custom app on "Apps for Sharepoint" list of my app Catalog site(SharePoint admin center of Office 365).

    I would that all end-users, who are site owners, could add this app from tenant's site collections .

    Now, it's impossible. I have the "Add it" Button disabled when i'm connected with a site owner user (this works when i'm connected a siteCol administrator).

    I have this message: only site collection administrators can add or give access to this app. (See the picture below)

    Any Suggestion please?
