    Bonjour,

    Depuis quelques temps l'explorateur de windows 7 home cesse de fonctionner quand j'ouvre un fichier, que je fais un clique droit, j'ai regarder sur un forum une solution avec ShellExview, je n'ai pas de virus, bitdefender est mis à jour en version 2010 ... La solution avec ShellExview me parait bonne pour alléger le système mais j'ai un peu peur de bidouiller ! voici le résultat du rapport : (prochain post)

    Tu as regardé si des programmes n'interfèrent pas? cela m'est arrivé aussi...Du genre ton antivirus...
    Quand le problème apparait regarde les processus en cours dans le gestionnaire des taches.

    J'ai le même souci ..... dès que je veux renommer un fichier , transférer des photos d'un répertoire à un autre ......impossilbe de faire quoi que ce soit .... l'explorateur fige ...
    J'ai bien utilisé moi aussi ShellExView en désactivant les dll des menus contextuels mais rien n'y fait toujours le même souci....
    Je vais essayé de checker les différents processus et désactiver ceux qui sont inutiles ... et voir si cela peut venir de là.....

    Une chose est sûre c'est que ce problème n'apparait pas en modre sans éche .....

    A suivre après des investigations plus appronfondies......

    Je pense avoir un début de réponse, les bugs d'explorateurs sont provoqués par la barre tactile de mon ordinateur HP dv5-1210 ef, dès que je change le son ou autre l'explorateur cesse de fonctionner j'ai fait les mises à jour du site HP mais sans résultats je pense que je vais les contacter , je vous tiens au courant.

    Et bien pour tout te dire moi le problème a presque disparu ...... Sans avoir investigué plus longuement et après désactiver toutes les dll non microsoft avec ShellExView, le problème n'apparait plus si je puis dire ...il le fait une 1ere fois figé l'explorateur mais 1 fois le programme fermé et relancé ... cela fonctionne correctement.

    Maintenant, il faut quand même que je regarde un peu plus profondément...

    Moi suis sur HP dv7-2065ef
