Je souhaiterais adresser l'analyse de fichiers .DPM à une personne qualifié chez microsoft.
Il y a t il un service dédier à ce sujet ou pas ?
Contexte du problème:
Assetto Corsa, qui est un des derniers simulateur pour pc, est installé sur ma machine.
Quand Assetto Corsa est lancer et que je sélectionne soit le mode solo ou online avec tous les paramètres d'optimisations du jeux désactivés ou au stictes minimum pour un max de fluidité, j'ai des BSOD.
La carte graphique, une ati 4850 HD PCIE, avec ces paramètres aux minimum voir désactivés ne change rien.
Le jeux utilise direct x 11 et la carte graphique directx 10.1.
Le fichier dx11.ini que j'ai ouvert avec le bloc not indique ceci:

Cela fonctionne bien mais j'ai quand même des BSOD.
Ayant téléchargé " Memtest" pour le charger au démarrage du pc depuis une iso sur cd, le logiciel ne trouve pas de defauts au niveau du processeur ni des barrettes mémoires.

0x531590fbJe veux bien, mais aucun logiciel de maintenance dans windows 7 ou sur le net est capable de résoudre les BSOD pas même sur le site de microsoft.
Que faire ?

Pourriez-vous désactiver l'overclocking niveau CPU et vérifiez si le pb persiste ?
J'ai été sollicité dans le passé (par un ami) pour un pb du meme genre et je l'avais résolu en disactivant le CPU overclocking.
Tenez moi au courant.

Bonjour Hicham et merci de me consacrer un peu de temps à ce sujet.
Bon...Dans le BIOS j'ai une fonction qui me permet d'activer ou non l'overclocking du CPU en fonction du pourcentage d'overclocking souhaité.Cette fonction est désactivé et je ne l'utilise pas.
J'ai la possibilité d'overclocker ma carte graphique avec le CCC 13.9.Le problème est que cette fonction disparait à chaque fois que je clic sur "Accepter la licence" .La version 13.1 fonctionnait bien mais depuis leur mise à jour en 13.9, la fonction déconne,bon...de toute façon elle est désactivée donc la carte fonctionne par défaut avec ces fréquences.Version actuellement installée v 13.9.
Mon matériel a toujours été ok mais là où je suis persuadé, c'est qu'il y a certainement une fonction interne ou un paramètre logiciel qui déstabilise le système.
Je me suis dit peut-être que le matériel chauffe trop et plante ensuite à cause de la chaleur ambiante.C'est vrai qu'il a fait chaud ces derniers jours mais même dans ces conditions, pas besoin d'avoir un ventilateur du salon sur pied, à fond dans le boitier du pc.
Bénéfice du doute, je place le ventilo' du salon à côté du pc capot ouvert.Les températures sont ok.
Je faisais juste fonctionner une analyse du disque dur avec Bitdefender Total security 2013...je touche à rien d'autre...vais boire un café...je reviens sur le pc pour contrôler où il en est...ECRANT BLEU !!!
Le pc n'est même pas en burning et il plante.
Franchement, Microsoft, il y a vraiment un truc qui tourne pas rond dans votre système.
Même matériels, tous à jour sans exception jusqu'à leur dernière Màj qui fait tout planter.Elles sont installées avec succès.Je veut bien mais bon...
Pour info, le fichier BSOD indiquait le même BSOD que dans mon premier message.
Test mémoire ok,processeur et mémoires.
Utilisation de OCCT pour tester le matériel...mémoires ok, carte graphique ok, processeur ok
Je sais plus là...

Bonjour,
pourriez vous dans un premier temps lancer un audit sur les drivers?
vous pouvez lancer en mode admin depuis un prompt CMD les commandes suivantes:
- "sigverif" : cette commande permet de vérifier que tous vos drivers sont signés et validés pour la version de Windows que vous utilisez, elle créée un log, et peut etre utile.
- "Verifier" permet de "stresser" le systeme en lui indiquant quels drivers mettre sous pression et éventuellement identifier le périphérique posant problème
- "driverquery /SI" fait une verif des signatures WHQL également.
Dans un second temps, il est toujours bon de le rappeler, faites vos mises à jour depuis Microsoft Update en acceptant toutes les MAJ, y compris pilotes de périphériques même si ceux-ci sont plus anciens que ceux installés...si WU détecte une MAJ pilote c'est que vous n'avez pas la dernière version WHQL validée.
Et enfin, peut être tout simplement créer un nouvel utilisateur, et vérifier que le problème persiste avec ce profil 'propre'.
Dites nous ce qu'il en est on essayera de vous aider :)

Pour les pilotes ATI non signés. Alors là... Je peux pas grand chose. ATI s'il ne signe pas ces pilotes sur leur site, je ne vais pas le faire à leur place. Je ne peux rien y faire, c'est leur job.J'ai réinstallé la version 13.1 qui me permet d'activer ou non, l'option Overcloking. L'option est désactivée. Pas d'écran bleu depuis...
