Sharepoint 2013 Infopath migration to O365

    Question

  • We have infopath forms in our application. But we do not want to migrate the same to O365. Can anyone suggest alternatives regarding this ? Microsoft Forms/PowerApps/Microsoft Flows or any other options ?

  • Hi,

If there is no customization business via code to your infopath then you can't migrate them to O365. If you have just customization on your OTB forms in list , then it will work.

Otherwise, you have to develop your business logic using  Forms (survey and quizzes), PowerApps or MVC for your O365 site. You can also try the 3rd party tool Nintex forms.

Gear up for some solid action by doing. Slide, theory and blog won't useful much.

  • Hi AR1690,

You can using PowerApps to customize a SharePoint list form.

Here is an article about how to customize a SharePoint list form using PowerApps for your reference:

  • Hi AR1690,

People picker is supported in PowerApps. If you have a person field in your list, people picker control appears as dropdown in PowerApps but works like people picker control only.

    Hope this helps.
