Bonjour,

sur un serveur Windows 2003 server R2 SP2, la page de windows update renvoie:

Les fichiers nécessaires à l'utilisation de Microsoft Update ne sont plus inscrits dans le Registre ou installés sur votre ordinateur. Pour continuer :

si je clique sur inscrire ou réinstaller, le phénomène se reproduit.

une mise à jour disponible (outil de suppression des virus Windows janvier 2010 (kb8900830)) ne s'installe pas (échec).

l'installation s'est exécutée correctement, l'analyse également.

Cependant, windows update veut toujours pas fonctionner.

pourrais-tu relancer Windows Update et fournir seulement les logs correspondant à cette exécution car je ce que tu nous a fourni à la base n'est pas très explicite à la base. (près de deux heures de décalage entre la première et la dernière ligne).

essayes de réinstaller la dll MSXML en fonction de la version déjà disponible sur ton système. Normalement, ca doit être la 6.

Tu as fait simplement un enregistrement de la DLL ou tu l'as réinstallé ? Il est possible que ta DLL présente est corrompue donc il faut la télécharger et la réinstaller.

lors de l'exécution du package windows update (WindowsUpdateAgen30-x86.exe) ==> "Cette installation n'est pas nécessaire car l'agent Windows Update est déjà installé".

Comment le supprimer pour le ré-installer ?

Sur cette machine, les Core XML Services sont-ils installés. Ils peuvent porter plusieurs noms en fonction de la version... XML Parser, Core XML...

Si tel est le cas, essayez de le réinstaller ou installer une nouvelle version.

Bonjour,

Regardez dans le panneau de configuration sous Add/Remove Programs. Il arrive également qu'ils soient installés/mis à jour avec Internet Explorer.

Dans tous les cas, vous pouvez également tenter d'installer une version récente, que vous trouverz sur le site de téléchargement de MS.
