Service manager 2012 How to send notification to a "contact" RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We have installed SM 2012 and everything work fine :-)

    But, we want to send notification (after an incident escalation for example) to an external address.

    So, we have created a "contact" on our Exchange 2010, and this contact is present in Active Directory

    The problem is that we cannot import the contact into the DB of service manager. It seems that we can import users and groups but we cannot import contact.

    So my question is : How can we import a contact in SM 2012 and if we cannot, how can we send notifications to an external address ?
