"Impossible de supprimer certains éléments" dans Outlook 2010/2013 et OWA 2010 RRS feed

    Bonjour à toutes et tous,

    Je fais face aujourd'hui avec mon propre compte Exchange... Je dispose en effet de 10 messages que je ne peux supprimer. voici les faits :

    Environnement : Outlook 2013 ou Outlook 2010 SP1 ou OWA 2010 vs Exchange 2010 SP2

    Les symptômes :

    - Lors de la tentative de suppression depuis Outlook 2013/2010 sans le mode Exchange en cache : message "Erreur inconnue" et événement 300 dans le journal "Microsoft Office Alerts" pour Outlook 2013 :

    Microsoft Outlook

    Erreur inconnue.

    P1: 300032

    P2: 15.0.4433.1506

    P3: 6xk3P4: 0x80040119

    - Lors de la tentative de suppression depuis OWA 2010 : message "Impossible de supprimer certains éléments. Ils ont été déplacés ou déjà supprimés, ou l'accès a été refusé"

    - Lors de la tentative de suppression depuis Outlook 2013/2010 avec le mode Exchange en cache, cela "fonctionne" : les éléments n'apparaissent plus dans l'Outlook avec le mode Exchange en cache, mais continuent d'apparaître sur OWA 2010 et sur Outlook sans le mode Exchange en cache.

    J'ai lancé la commande suivante : "Search-Mailbox -Identity "id_bal" -SearchDumpsterOnly -DeleteContent" mais cela n'a pas eu d'effet.

    Je n'ai pas trouvé mon bonheur sur Internet. Auriez-vous une idée ?

    Le problème a disparu ce matin... Mais je ne sais pas pourquoi ! Sans doute une routine Exchange qui est passée dans la nuit ?

    Le problème vient de réapparaître...

    Je m'aperçois qu'il ne concerne que certains mails, ceux émanant d'un scanner réseau. Mais ce problème est apparu seulement hier...

    Je suis perplexe !

    Bonjour,

    Premièrement, ce problème se répète également pour les messages reçus d'un autre scanner réseau. Les points communs sont qu'ils intègrent tous une pièce jointe (le document scanné en PDF) et rien dans le corps du mail.

    Ensuite, j'ai trouvé un contournement temporaire, il s'agit de la méthode 2 de ce lien : http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/deletemessage.htm.

    Mais franchement, je ne vais pas m'amuser à faire cela pour tous les messages émanant de ces scanners, surtout que ce problème, à contexte identique, n'existait pas avant.

    Personne n'a d'avis là-dessus ?

    Bonjour,

    Vous pourriez essayer ces options: Removing specific messages from your Exchange Server

    Vous pouvez installer le Service Pack 3 pour Exchange 2010.

    Bonjour Florin et merci pour votre réponse.

    La première solution ne me satisfait pas car il s'agit là d'un problème récurrent impactant des messages variés : la plupart du temps des messages répondant aux caractéristiques évoquées plus haut, mais également avec certaines réponses à des propositions de réunions depuis aujourd'hui !

    La seconde solution, je vais la tenter ce soir.

    Bonjour,

    y a t-il eu une mise à jour récent sur Exchange, Outlook/Office ou sur le poste client (IE? Dotnet?,...) ?

    Souvent, lors de ce type d'erreur, le passage du client en mode connecté (sans cache local) permet de retrouver un fonctionnement normal.

    Il y a eu ce type de comportement lors de la sortie d'Exchange 2010, et il a été rapidement corrigé.

    Bonjour,

    @Thierry : oui, mise à jour sur l'un des 2 postes d'Office 2010 vers Office 2013. Le serveur Exchange et les 2 postes sont soumis aux mises à jour Windows Update toutes les semaines. Au contraire, c'est le mode sans cache local qui fait apparaître le problème : le PC sans cache à le problème, le PC avec cache ne l'a pas ou n'affiche pas le problème.

    @Florin : L'installation du SP3 est un échec total, tout comme ma tentative d'installation du SP2 il y a plusieurs mois : http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/fr-FR/exchange2010/thread/473925ac-cb78-4c2b-bd3c-f9174bbf2299, ce post reste toujours sans solution...

    Concernant Outlook avec ou sans cache, vous devriez avoir des éléments dans le journal de synchronisation : l'élément n'est pas supprimé du serveur, c'est juste la version locale dans l'OST qui est effacé.

    Peux-être devriez vous voir du côté du scanner si il n'y a pas une mise à jour, ainsi que son mode de fonctionnement.

    Bonjour Bruce et merci pour cette réponse,

    J'y ai bien pensé, mais 2 choses m'indiquent que la vérité est ailleurs : d'une part cela fonctionnait très bien il y encore 2 semaines, et ce problème implique aujourd'hui 2 scanners différents comme indiqué plus haut, j'ajoute que je ne vois pas comment cela peut poser problème à Exchange surtout que le contournement est d'éditer le mail reçu pour pouvoir l'effacer ; d'autre part ce problème est également apparu avec une acception à une réunion, chose entièrement gérée par Exchange.

    En dehors d'un problème connu avec des solutions toute faite, vous pouvez aussi utiliser MFCMapi pour ouvrir une boite aux lettres et comparer les attributs des messages à problème avec ceux qui ne posent pas de problème, ce qui pourra peut être vous donner une piste.

    Bon, j'ai regardé un peu tout cela avec MFCMapi (merci Bruce pour cet utilitaire) mais je ne sais pas trop quoi chercher finalement, car la lecture n'est pas trop aisée dans cet outil.

    Un indicateur serait le bienvenu !

    Je ne suis pas spécialiste MAPI mais je ne vois rien de spécial, le dump s'arrête sur le 1er message plus tôt mais sans raison particulière.

    VOus pouvez par contre exporter le message au format XML avant et après modification, je pense plutôt qu'il manque des attributs dans le message.

    Bonjour Bruce et merci pour cet indication.

    Ce qui me saute aux yeux suite à l'analyse que vous me proposez : avant, pas de balises HTML <body/> ; après et suite à la modification, présence de balises HTML <body/>.

    Un lien entre ce constat et mon problème ?

    Il y a bien un lien ! En effet, j'ai créé une règle de transport via EMC qui ajoute du texte dans les mails provenant de ces scanners (un disclaimer en fait), et le problème a disparu.

    Il semble donc qu'un message reçu au format HTML sans balises <body/> pose ce problème. Je n'ai pas pu tester avec un message en texte brute car ces scanners ne permettent pas de gérer cela.

    Maintenant, reste à comprendre pourquoi ce problème est apparu il y a une 2àaine de jours. Peut-être une mise à jour Microsoft ?

    L'audit de notre Exchange 2010 aura lieu demain pour l'histoire des Service Packs.

    En attendant, la solution que j'avais trouvée pour contourner le problème (ajout d'un disclaimer) ne s'est pas comportée comme attendu.

    En effet, le premier jour tout se passait bien, mais depuis, les mails expédiés par mes scanners se sont retrouvés encapsulés dans un autre mail et cela a pour conséquence d'être moins ergonomique d'une part, mais également d'être considéré par certains clients Outlook comme courrier indésirable d'autre part.

    J'ai regardé ma règle de transport, et dans son paramétrage il est proposé 3 actions possibles en cas d'échec de l'application du disclaimer : "Envelopper", "Ignorer" ou "Rejeter". Par défaut cette règle était configurée à "Envelopper", ce qui explique l'encapsulation. Je suis passé sur "Ignorer", et du coup je me retrouve avec le problème d'origine.

    Cela indique donc que ma règle n'est plus appliquée car elle n'arrive pas à ajouter le disclaimer. Qu'est-ce qui pourrait expliquer qu'Exchange n'arrive pas à modifier le message ?

    Pour les news, le SP2 est désormais installé mais le problème n'est pas résolu.

    Je suis depuis avant-hier sur l'installation du SP3 qui me pose également problème :/

    Le SP3 est désormais installé. Mon problème persiste : j'ai envoyé une demande de RDV, et je ne peux supprimer l'acceptation de la personne car le body est vide.

    J'ai peut-être une piste de solution pour vous. J'ai eu le problème avec un mail unique chez un collaborateur un mail restait et ne pouvait être supprimé dans l'owa.

    En connectant un client outlook sans mise en cache, on a pu supprimer la pièce jointe trop volumineuse du mail (25Mo) et ensuite, une fois la pièce jointe supprimée, on a réussi à supprimer l'email.
