problème d'install de windows7 SP1

lors de la maj avec windows update le ficher de w7 sp1 se télécharge mais ensuite j'ai un message d'erreur:"spinstall.exe-erreur système : impossible de démarrer le programme car il manque sqmapi.dll sur votre ordinateur. essayez de réinstaller le progeamme pour corriger ce problème". et donc l'installation se bloque. le problème c'est que je ne sais pas de quel programme il s'agit ni où le récupérer et comment le remettre à sa place quelqu'un peut-il m'aider merci d'avance mme TURPIN

Procédez comme suit:

Exécutez la commande sfc /scannow sur CMD
Exécutez la commande chkdsk /f /r sur CMD
Installez l'outil d'analyse de l'installation conforme des mises à jour du système pour Windows 7: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821/
Réinitialisez les composants de Windows Update: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058

Si celà ne résoud pas votre problème, faites une réparation système pour votre OS.

après application de la première commande , j'ai rejouer update et tout s'est déroulé normalement merci du coup de main
