MS online mail box migration trouble

  Dear all,
  
  I hav install the Mail box cohexistance tool Migration on my laptop running windows 7 and member of my domain
  I  am running the MS Online Migration tool console as an administrator account and I can seem my exchange server mailbox from All mailboxes nodes
  Then I select a mail box to migrate and clik on Action menu, but the Migrate mail boxes menu is desable..
  
  Any idea ?
