la mise à jour de windows service pack 2 ne veut pas se faire !!!!!

  voici la résolution du problème en anglais quelqu'un peut il m'aider?

  Step 1: Run System File Checker (SFC) to repair Windows Vista system files

  1. Click Start, type "cmd" (without the quote) in the Start Search bar, right-click cmd.exe and click run as administrator.
  2. Input the following commands and press Enter after each line.
  
  sfc /scannow
  
  Note: There is a SPACE between "SFC" and "/Scannow". This command will take several minutes to complete.
  
  Restart the computer.
  
  Then, I suggest downloading the Standalone Installer and installing it in Clean Boot Mode.
  
  Step 2: Download Windows Vista SP2 Standalone Installer

  1. Download Windows Vista SP2 Standalone Installer from the link below according to the System Type:

  Step 3: Install Windows Vista SP2 in Clean Boot Mode
  =========================================
  Please disable all startup items and third party services when booting to avoid conflict when installing Windows Vista SP2 .
  
  1. Click "Start", type: MSCONFIG in the search box and press Enter.
  
  Note: Please click "Continue" if the "User Account Control" window pops up.
  
  2. Click "Services", check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click "Disable All" (if it is not gray).
  3. Click "Startup", click "Disable All", click "OK" and restart the computer.
  
  Note: Temporarily disabling the Startup Group only prevents the startup programs from loading at startup. This shouldn't affect the system or other programs. We can manually run these programs later.
  
  4. Please double click the downloaded Standalone Installer and follow the instructions to install Windows Vista SP2 .
  
  To restore the computer to use a Normal Startup, repeat step 1 above. Then click "Normal Startup" on the General tab, click "OK", and then restart the computer.

  veuillez d'abord utilisez l'outil Utilitaire de vérification des fichiers système pour vérifier que les bonnes versions des fichiers système sont présentes

  1. Cliquez sur Démarrer, puis sur Exécuter.

  2. Copiez puis collez (ou entrez) la commande suivante dans la zone Ouvrir, puis appuyez sur Entrée :

  cmd

  3. À l'invite de commandes, tapez sfc /scannow, puis appuyez sur ENTRÉE.

   Puis;

  exécutez l'outil d'analyse de l'installation conforme des mises à jour du système (Checksur.exe)

  1. Téléchargez l'Outil d'analyse de l'installation conforme des mises à jour du système. Cet outil effectue une recherche unique d'incohérences qui peuvent empêcher les futures opérations de maintenance. Pour plus d'informations sur le téléchargement et l'exécution de l'outil Checksur.exe, cliquez sur le numéro ci-dessous pour afficher l'article correspondant dans la Base de connaissances Microsoft :

  Salut

  avant la mise a jour de votre systeme il faut verifier que le compte utuliser est un administrateur et aussi n'oubliez pas que certains logiciels antivirus peuvent empêcher ou ralentir l’installation du SP2. Vous pouvez alors essayer de désactiver temporairement votre logiciel antivirus

  le code d'erreure 80070490 de Windows Update cela signifie qu’un fichier (CBS Manifest) nécessaire pour installer les mises à jour est corrompu
