Combine rang between and rows between in the same partition RRS feed

    I need to run a partition between rows x and y and calculate the standard deviation there. The issue is that I have outliers within this period that I wish to filter.

    each measure is of type :

    STDEV(measure) OVER (PARTITION BY [Dimention A],[Dimension B],[Dimension Cl] ORDER BY Date ROWS BETWEEN
    64 PRECEDING and 5 PRECEDING)

    How Can I filter the values within this partition based on the values inside the partition?
