Outlook issue switching between Hebrew and English languages RRS feed

  • Users working  at  Enterprise Institute in A cloud email environment (Microsoft 365) are having an issue switching between Hebrew and English languages  when using Outlook 2007 application on Windows 7 64bit operating system.

    Description of the error: although user is able to switch between languages  and the language icon in the taskbar shows languages are being changed,

    Outlook app stacks on Hebrew or English, "ignoring" current language set by user.

    This issue occurs randomly, up to 8 times a day or ones a week with no clear pattern on when and how it starting to occur.

    Currently, the only solution for this problem is to close outlook app (validating it's also closed in process) and reopen it.

    Important to clarify that tiring the following steps of repairing/reinstalling office, disable unnecessary add-ons, create new user outlook profile, create NT user profile and create new Windows image have not solved the issue.
